Pelletizing Production Line

Hot Cutting Compounding Extrusion Line is used for production of kinds of plastic granular such as PVC granular and WPC granular etc.
The production line is consists of conical twin screw extruder, die face cutting unit, air cooling system and storage silos.

Many natural plant fibers (such as wood, bamboo, crop stalks, etc.) which can be used to squeeze the WPC raw materials by process of crushing, screening, drying, mixing, so that it can improve the single material’s defects and deficiencies in the process of the extrusion. The fiber particle should be of appropriate size, and then add coloring agent, lubricants, coupling agent, foam and other additives of appropriate amount, putting them in a high-speed unit where they can be fully mixed and dewatered to meet the extrusion requirements.
This WPC Pelletizing Line is consists of a parallel twin-screw extruder and the corresponding pelletizing downstream equipment, it is suitable for pelletizing PVC,PE raw material with wood powder or other additives. The pellets produced by this equipment are even, solid, elegant. The pelletizing downstream equipment adopts air transferring unit, it is high automation and high production efficiency.

Water Tank Strand Granulation Line is consists of extruder, water cooling tank, drying machine and pelletizer.

This production line is ideal pelletizing line for PP/PE film/sheet and HDPE/PP crushed solid material.

And the pelletizing way is different according to different die. So it’s optional : strand pelletizing、water ring pelletizing、under water pelletizing and hot cutting.

This production line is similar as the WRP series pelletizing line that it is specialized for production of filling, compounding and color masterbatch. This production line can be replaced screw per different material needs. And the pelletizing way is different according to different die. So it’s optional : strand pelletizing、water ring pelletizing、under water pelletizing and hot cutting.
