Pipe Extrusion Line

The extruder is to spread the high speed mixed material as 2 or 4 pipe lines through a 2 or 4 cavities die. Then the 2 or 4 pipe lines are led to through a vacuumed forming box for dimension calibration and cooling down. The Vacuum box is made of stainless steel. The overall length precision and the water level are controlled automatically. The tractor is driven by frequency motor. The gripping of tractor is adopted a pneumatic system. And the cutter can perform in auto-sizing mode. The stacker can be pneumatically tilted automatically. PLC control whole production processes.

Silicon Core HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is used for production of silicon core pipe and other complex pipes. It adopts 3 layers co-extrusion process to output product. Silicon core pipe is widely used for communication cable and optical cable sleeve etc..

The Multi-hollow KBG(Threading pipe) Extrusion Line is used for the production of PVC window/door profile, foamed profile, decoration profile and multi-hollow etc. The production line consists of extruder, vacuum forming box, tractor, cutter and stacker.

PVC Pipe is widely used in agricultural water supply & water discharge system, architectural water supply & discharge system and wire laying system, etc.
The production line consists of a conical (parallel) twin screw extruder, a PVC pipe mould, a vacuum calibration tank, a (spraying cooling tank), a tractor, a cutter and a stacker.

PP-R and PE-RT plastic pipe are widely used in building system to be the cold / hot water pipe. They are non-toxic, rustless, non-filthily, heat resistant. They are equipped very conveniently. The extrusion line consists of a special single screw extruder for PPR and PR—RT materials, a vacuum forming box, a spraying cooling tank, a tractor, a cutter and a stacker (or winder) and so on.
